SHAY SHNET
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Shay has over 20 years of business experience and was most recently a founding partner and Vice President of Operations at MPX Bioceutical Corporation. Shay spent the last 5 years of his career focused on the North American cannabis space and helped to build MPX’s portfolio of international cannabis assets. Shay is adept at sourcing unique opportunities that deal directly with the development, branding, importing, consumer packaging and distribution of a variety of product lines.

MARK KRYTIUK

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Mark is a successful cannabis operator and was a founding partner of MPX. Mark has over 5 years of experience as the Vice President of Grow Operations for MPX overseeing the production of medical marijuana and pharma-grade products across North America.Mark has been directly involved in the rapid expansion and growth of nine facilities in three different countries, with budgets up to $30 million. In addition, Mark has over 10 years of experience consulting and working with customers to develop personal requirements for their indoor & outdoor cultivation processing space; including aiding in design, workflow and equipment, as well as supporting federal regulators and licensing bodies to ensure compliance.

YONI ASHUROV
DIRECTOR

Yoni Ashurov graduated at the top of his class from Canada's premier business institution, York University's Schulich School of Business, then worked for two years in investment banking, advising publicly traded companies on equity, debt and M&A transactions. After taking a year off to concentrate on music, one of his life’s passions, Yoni entered into real estate as an international broker in the country of Panama. In less than two years, his company grew to the largest real estate brokerage in the country with over 40 agents and $70 million in sales. Yoni started Energy Management Systems in 2007 and relocated to the United States. He built the company into an international manufacturing supplier of power efficiency systems. It is through this process that Yoni was introduced to the direct selling industry as a mass market distribution platform.  He is now the President and CEO of MWR Life, a global direct selling travel company. He has been on the Board of Nabis Holdings since November 2019. 

DR. SAFIYA LYN-LASSITER
DIRECTOR

Dr. Safiya Lyn-Lassiter graduated with honors from Trinity University (DC) with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Science. She completed her medical training at Meharry Medical College in 2010 where she earned her medical degree (M.D.).  She received her postgraduate emergency medicine training at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ, a Level I trauma center.  Dr. Lyn-Lassiter has proudly served the South Florida community since 2014.  With over eight years of experience in Emergency Medicine, Dr. Safiya Lyn-Lassiter educates the Florida community on the multiple benefits of cannabis (MMJ) as medical treatment for chronic pain, mental illness, seizure and inflammation. Beyond engaging patients by providing research-supported data, Dr. Lyn-Lassiter assists them in the medical cannabis card application process in Florida. She created the company Ask Doctor Lyn and its user-friendly website in 2017 to identify, evaluate and recommend MMJ to qualifying patients. Her medical knowledge, progressive approach to pain management and digital media presence distinguish her as one of the national leading voices for medicinal cannabis policy reform.  Dr. Lyn has held a seat on the Nabis Board since May of 2019.

EMMANUEL PAUL, CPA, B.E.

DIRECTOR

Emmanuel Paul is a seasoned entrepreneur and management consultant with expertise on Organizational Design, Operational Efficiency, Financial Modeling, Project Management and Restructuring.  He started his career as a Computer Engineer with Intel in Phoenix, Arizona and later worked with other technology start-ups in Silicon Valley, California. Over the last 15 years, Emmanuel has consulted with a multitude of companies with sectors ranging from Technology, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Service, Management Consulting and most recently Medical Cannabis.   Mr. Paul, is Co-Founder & CEO of IndusCann Research, a business focused on the research and commercialization of medical cannabis in India. Most recently, he was the founding partner of Spartan Wellness Corporation, a unique veteran-focused health care service provider that specializes in prescribing medical cannabis, as well as providing education and ongoing care. Spartan Wellness was sold to MPX Bioceutical Corporation in September 2018.  Mr. Paul additionally acts as special advisor to several European cannabis licence holders in Germany, Denmark, Italy and Switzerland, providing strategic management and developing new international cannabis trade opportunities between North America, Europe and Asia.   Emmanuel is a CPA and holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He joined the Nabis Board in August of 2019.
